b'Very friendly and easy to book an appointment with, with excellent follow up and clear confirmation. When Jack came to the site, I was immediately impressed by his knowledge and efficiency, as well as his professional and approachable manner. The work was carried out quickly, with no fuss, and everything was left neat and tidy. It was such a pleasant and reassuring experience from start to finish, with a clear focus on quality and care. I would definitely recommend JL Audio Visual and already plan to use them again for another property, as the service was simply excellent.Helen, LondonIcannotfaultJackandhisfantasticteam.Fromstarttofinishtheywentaboveand beyond, showing professionalism from the moment a quote was given right through to the job being completed, and they handled every detail in between without a moments hesitation. The whole process was smooth and stress free, with any small issues sorted quickly and without fuss. Wifi has now been hardwired throughout the house, and the difference this has made is incredible. The team were friendly, reliable, and always willing to go the extra mile. I would not hesitate to use or recommend them.Natalie, EssexToviewourincrediblereviews&testimonials-pleaseclickthe links above to visit our Google, Trustpilot & CheckaTrade pages.47'
